The ADHD assessment involves an in-depth diagnostic interview using the DIVA-5 tool. This initial assessment focuses solely on diagnoses and evaluation. A separate review appointment is required for medicinal and non-
pharmacological approaches.
This consultation is offered remotely.
£175 for 30 min consultation
(includes professional review and treatment planning)
Follow-up consultations provide time to review your progress, discuss wellbeing, and make any necessary adjustments to your treatment plan. The number of follow-ups required will vary depending on individual needs.

Medication costs are not included in this fee
Treatment plans are available for ongoing support
As part of your care, we can also provide clinic letters for your GP and guidance to help coordinate shared care arrangements.

ADHD Coaching offers strategies for helping clients overcome various circumstances in their daily lives. Coaching can help a person achieve emotional regulation, intellectual growth, improved social skills, educational and career development.

If you have already been diagnosed with ADHD as an adult and can provide supporting documentation, you may book a review appointment to discuss your current treatment and overall wellbeing.
The process includes:
A one-hour consultation, plus additional time for reviewing questionnaires and preparing clinical notes
A detailed summary report and a letter for your GP
Support with coordinating shared care arrangements, where appropriate and subject to your GP’s agreement

Consultation fees do not include the cost of any medication
Follow-up appointments, if required, will be charged separately
