Caring care

After trying several Psychiatrists and different ADHD organisations, I always ended up feeling betrayed. Somehow I needed to "prove" my difficulties. For the first time, I've felt heard, understood and honestly supported. Thanks Tahmina

Would recommend them to anyone.

I was on the NHS waitlist for quite a long while before I found ADHD Active. I sent in an email mentioning that I had pre-existing diagnosis paperwork, and could it be accepted, and had a call the very next day to talk about it and get me to send it over. I dealt with Tahmina for all of my sessions, and every time I emailed her for various things or returning some forms, she always responded very quickly, even once had a short back and forth at ~8PM even. I went from sat around on a waiting list to having a first appointment and getting to start out on my medication journey within what I think was about 7/8 days. I had already recommended someone over to them before I'd finished my sessions because it was going so well, and I have absolutely 0 regrets about both starting medication, and choosing ADHD Active to do it with. My life and work has improved massively, and I cannot recommend Tahmina and both her incredible "customer support"(so to speak) and her help, enough. They will absolutely be my go-to recommendation from now on if anyone asks.

Better than I ever expected!

Tahima at ADHD Active has been a saving grace when it came to helping me get a diagnosis and further care afterwards, she was very understanding and went above and beyond to help me. Tahima guided me every step of the way so I was never unsure of what to do or left wondering. I couldn't thank her enough for what she has done for me!
